Alaska Geographic is proud to support the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge and the Salmon Camp educational programs. Salmon Camp brings hands-on science education and creative exploration directly to Kodiak, Alaska, and rural communities across the Kodiak Archipelago, including Akhiok, Chiniak, Karluk, Old Harbor, Larsen Bay, Port Lions, and Ouzinkie. Each camp is offered at no cost and engages local youth through place-based learning focused on bears, salmon, and owls, integrating art to spark curiosity, deepen understanding, and build essential skills. By traveling to communities with limited access to the Kodiak Refuge Visitor Center located in Kodiak, AK, Salmon Camp ensures all youth have meaningful opportunities to connect with nature and science close to home.

100% of donations go directly to Salmon Camp programs!
